Hubbles Law, basic concept question.?

"Okay so if I'm correct, Hubbles red-shift relationship was first established via expecting a doppler shift - a change in the observed wavelength (perspective of reciever at the time of reception) with respect to that emitted (perspective of the emitter), caused solely due to the respective motion between the two bodies. However the cosmological red-shift was then dedcuded via the fact that a correlation between the distant of the galaxy and the recession velocity was sufficiently significant. "

"I'm not sure what you mean here. The isotropic principle does imply that, if we look at larger arbitrary regions of the Universe, we will find that the material therein averages zero velocity relative to us. However, it does not imply that a correlation between distance and velocity will not exist."

"""Acceptable in case Now i am correct, Hubbles reddish-adjust partnership was initially established through expecting A doppler shift - changing your this noticed wavelength (standpoint of reciever during party) regarding that will provided (viewpoint of the emitter), induced just as a result of respected action involving the a pair of figures. However cosmogonic reddish-change was then dedcuded via the fact that a connection between your remote with the wandflower and the economic downturn velocity has been completely important. "" "
